  • Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge hidden handling fees.

4. Right to Cancel & Returns

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Standard Items: You have the right to request a return for unused, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exemptions (Hygiene & Safety): Due to the specialized nature of pet supplies, items that have been used, chewed, or are covered in pet hair cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@digiverseshop.us within 24 to 48 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for a free replacement or full refund.

5. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • No Restocking Fees: In the event of an eligible return, Digiverse Store charges $0.00 Restocking Fees.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" or incorrect size orders. If the error is ours (e.g., defective or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
