  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies.

  • Order Processing (Handling) Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Processing Details: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed the same or the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days.

5. Delivery Issues & Damages

  • Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery at support@digiverseshop.us. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or solution immediately.
