1. Are your products safe and durable for pets?
Absolutely! We meticulously curate our inventory, from ergonomic sofa beds to interactive toys, ensuring they meet strict safety and high durability standards to keep your furry friends happy and secure.
2. How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We provide detailed sizing guides and measurements on our product pages. We highly recommend measuring your pet carefully before ordering, especially for beds and collars, to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Do you offer delivery outside of the United States?
No. At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, chewed, or are covered in pet hair. We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at support@digiverseshop.us within 24 to 48 hours with a photo. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund to make it right.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and dispatched (Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's delivery status.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to meet our 5:00 PM (EST) cut-off time. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our standard return policy.
