Return & Refund Policy

At Digiverse Store, we know how much you care about your pets. Whether it’s a cozy sofa bed, a safety collar, or an interactive toy, we want you and your furry friend to be completely delighted with your order. We have designed our policy to be fair, clear, and transparent for all our customers.

1. Your 14-Day Return Window

For our premium pet beds, toys, and accessories:

  • Notification: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item.
  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to our facility.

2. Condition of Returned Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of pet products, we must adhere to strict health and hygiene standards:

  • Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair/odors, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Exemptions: For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on toys that have been chewed or items that show clear signs of heavy use.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. Digiverse Store charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in our packaging and quality control, but if an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right.

  • Reporting: Please report any damage (such as torn fabric on a bed or a broken toy) within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email a clear photo of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@digiverseshop.us.
  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow some time for your bank to reflect the transaction.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns where the customer simply changed their mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective, Digiverse Store will cover all return shipping costs.
